Professional Highlights:

Filed over 70 SEC reports (including XBRL) and responded to eight SEC comment letters.
Managed stock compensation: forecasting, administration, accounting, tax, and EPS calculation.
Managed mergers & acquisitions and purchase accounting.
Planned, managed, and implemented all aspects of SOX 404 compliance.
Managed international consolidation and implemented FX forward contracts and cash flow hedging.
I
mplemented interest rate swap and fair value hedging.
Managed consolidation and de-consolidation of variable interest entities.
Implemented the most recent GAAP standards and SEC promulgation ASC 606 and ASC  842.
Prepared for IPO and spin-off and filed Forms 10, S-1 and S-4.

Published over 70 manuscripts in The CPA Journal and Today’s CPA on contemporary accounting subjects.                         

Professional Employment:

He started his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen and has had managerial and executive financial positions with several publicly held Silicon Valley companies in the Bay Area.

Academic Work:

He has been an adjunct lecturer and professor of accounting at Golden Gate University, San Francisco State University,  Santa Clara University, and Lorman Institute.
